i am the walrus

7 Apr

top: nordstrom; vest: forever 21 ($9); pants: gap ($8); boots: secondhand; belt: forever 21; earrings: forever 21

I’ve been around, just not here.

I went to Sacramento for a conference and was surprised that people were actually well-dressed. No one ever accused archaeologists of being fashionable…

Also there is a thunderstorm outside and I love it I do.

    lolol Paris’ face.
And yeah, I’m pretty sure I heard a thing of thunder that lasted like 45 seconds. Crazy!

    kitty!!!
When I saw you wearing this I really hoped you had taken a picture for the blog but I refrained from asking cause I know I probably sound like a parrot or a broken record or something else repetitive and annoying. Cause, um, it’s a cute outfit, srsly.
The storm!!! It was awesome, but short-lived. And I’m really glad we had dinner at IHOP with Katie and Kelly while you were there…
Oh and speaking of that dress you want, how short are you thinking of making it? Like knee-length or were you still thinking pretty long? I really like the black and the blue, and when I think of your accessories both colors are still good… I guess blue would be slightly more preferable for your complexion, but really it’s hard to decide cause there’s not a huge difference. See how helpful I am? See?

A very cute outfit! Maybe you should start a fashion blog for archaeologists.

Paris looks like she’s saying, “Give me the string, mommy, please! I beg you!”

I really like this outfit. I would have never thought to put a vest with a collared shirt, but I totally love it.
